Overview:
Echo Hall is a fictional restaurant I came up with hoping to showcase how I can develop a brand from scratch. A place I like to think is finer dining than that of a Chili's, yet not as fine as a Michelin star restaurant, affordable with a fun, laid back vibe. A place equipped for live music to take place on the weekend, a place where a family can go to celebrate a graduation or friends can go to kick start a night out on the town, and a place for, of course, date night.
